Today, we’re excited to announce support for Cisco Unified Presence and Cisco WebEx Messenger with the introduction of Enterprise IM for Cisco Version 4.0.

Enterprise IM for Version 4.0 is a FREE application for BlackBerry 10 smartphones connected to BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10.2 or later that provides a value-added service to BlackBerry Enterprise Service customers, giving them behind the firewall access. No client access license is required.
Without the need for any server side components, this new version is compatible with BlackBerry 10 smartphones operating with BlackBerry 10 OS 10.2 or later, and supports Cisco Unified Presence 8.6 (and later) and Cisco WebEx Messenger.
BlackBerry Administrators can quickly and easily leverage BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 to deploy this application to the Work Space on user BlackBerry smartphones. To push the application directly to the users, BlackBerry 10 smartphone Administrators can download the application from BlackBerry.com. BlackBerry Administrators can also publish the application into the BlackBerry World for Work catalog by adding the application to their BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 via BlackBerry World.
