BlackBerry 10 is coming soon! This week’s leadership video reveals a bit more about the technology built into BlackBerry 10, and what the BlackBerry team is looking forward to showing the Enterprise market. This “behind the scenes” leadership series was filmed to tell the personal side of the making of BlackBerry 10, and highlight some of the incredible benefits our leadership team has focused on delivering to our enterprise customer segment. BlackBerry 10 is the first time our customers get to see this innovation. We know it’s going to drive new paradigms for mobile computing, tablets, smartphones, and other types of technology you haven’t even imagined yet.”

The energy inside Research In Motion (RIM) is at an all-time high. We are weeks away from the biggest product launch in BlackBerry history. To capture some of the excitement, I took a moment to connect with a few of our senior executives who have been leading teams directly involved in the making of BlackBerry 10.

[ YouTube link for mobile viewing ]

Each week leading up to the launch of BlackBerry 10, I will be releasing a fresh video interview clip with this group of execs. Special thanks to: Scott Totzke, Senior VP of the BlackBerry Security Group, Pete Devenyi, Senior VP of Enterprise Software and Mike Maloney, VP of Customer Support Operations – America’s, for participating in this “behind the scenes” leadership video series for our Inside BlackBerry For Business blog readers!

This week’s video clip gives an inside look into the teams who have been working hard behind the scenes on the launch of BlackBerry 10 and BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10. Whether from an enterprise software, security or customer support perspective – each piece of BlackBerry 10 has been architected with our customers in mind.

Our global employees have been working tirelessly to perfect the customer experience. According to Pete Devenyi, his team has “been working around the clock to get BlackBerry 10 and BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 out the door.” Similarly, Scott Totzke’s team has been fine tuning the embedded security features – a core BlackBerry differentiator. “We’ve been looking at BlackBerry 10 as a new paradigm in mobile computing…we’ve now taken an opportunity to re-invent the platform and make security a strategic enabler – not just for BlackBerry, but our customers.”

Tune in to this week’s video to hear how these leaders have been leading their team’s on this incredible road to executing BlackBerry 10.
