McCain Foods Limited has begun to deploy the BlackBerry® PlayBook™ tablet within their sales force in order to leverage the functionality of the device – along with a custom-made app designed by DigiFlare Inc. The application is designed to allow the sales team to have immediate access to important information about their products and includes a virtual sales catalogue, complete with video tips and tricks. Multitasking, Adobe® Flash®, and video capabilities are just a few features of the BlackBerry PlayBook tablet that are helping to enable McCain’s sales force to work and communicate more effectively while on the road.
