One of the many news items coming out of BlackBerry® World™ 2011 this week was our announcement of plans for a multi-platform BlackBerry® Enterprise Solution. This solution is intended to enable management, security and control of today’s BlackBerry® Enterprise Server for BlackBerry devices (including smartphones and tablets), as well as incorporate secure device management for Android and iOS based devices and tablets – all from a single web-based console.

We were fortunate to catch-up with Pete Devenyi, Vice President Communications Platform Group at Research In Motion® (RIM®), who was able to provide more insight on the solution and our partnership with Ubitexx.
