5 BlackBerry Business Resources You Should Know About

With the volume of information available to us on the internet, finding the right information in a timely manner to make an informed decision or assistance with an issue that arises can sometimes be a challenge. Here are five BlackBerry® business online resources you should know about to help you find the information you need when you need it.

Knowledge Base – A BlackBerry product website that offers solutions to technical questions or issues you may be experiencing in a straightforward “get it done” format. The search function in Knowledge Base allows you to find specific topics for a specific device. You can also search for answers to questions on products like BlackBerry® Mobile Fusion, BlackBerry® Enterprise Server, BlackBerry Business Cloud Services and more. Once you find your question or topic, the answer will be broken down into sections: environment, overview, cause, resolution or workaround, and additional information. This format will help you to determine the problem, assess the situation, address any/all root causes, and provide a solution to fix the problem or keep it from happening again. There is also an “additional information” section containing any other pertinent information you many need. Learn more about the Knowledge Base here.

BlackBerry Support Community – This peer-to peer-support community is a place where customers can engage with BlackBerry technical enthusiasts for information on BlackBerry products and services. Once registered for the Forums, you can post new messages and reply to other member’s posts, receive e-mails when someone responds to a specific post or thread, exchange private messages with other members, and personalize your experience in the community with literally hundreds of customization settings.

Customer Success Stories – This website features case studies about companies who have deployed the BlackBerry solution to cut costs, improve efficiency, and streamline business processes. You can search case studies by region, industry and business size to find solutions that are most applicable to your needs. You can also view video case studies through this site. Take a look at some examples from The US National Weather Service, IBM and more.
